CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa – The Midwest Collegiate Volleyball League announced their All-Conference Teams for the 2019 season. The Mount St. Joseph University men's volleyball team was represented by opposite hitter Jason Hascher (Miamisburg, OH / Alter) on the All-MCVL second-team. The Lions finished the season 9-17 and 5-4 in conference, which was good for 5th in the conference.
Hascher is in his sophomore year at the Mount studying Accounting. Hascher was the Lions anchor on offense, leading the team in kills with 242 and 2.81 kills per set. Hascher earned MCVL Offensive Player of the Week during his performance against Vassar and Nazareth where he had 30 kills and a .246 hitting average.
