Title: Assistant Coach

Jason Kammer returns in 2018 for his 18th season of coaching with the Lions' baseball team.

He graduated from the Mount in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Kammer guides the team’s catchers, is in charge of the defense, is involved with recruiting and coaches third base. In addition, Kammer also connects Mount players with the area's top summer teams to continue to build their skills and abilities by playing competitive summer baseball.

"Coach Kam” played four years for fromer Lions’ Head Coach Chuck Murray. He was a member of back-to-back 30 win teams in 1999 and 2000, including the regional runner-up and HCAC conference championship team that won 30 games his senior season. The Mount alum was an Academic All-Conference selection during his junior year in college with a 3.6 GPA. Kammer was a 1999 member of the National College Athletic Honor Society.

Coach Kammer has also been a high school head coach and an assistant coach during the summer/fall in leagues around the city.

Kammer, a St. Xavier High School graduate, is the Mobile Channel Manager for Fifth Third Bank. He and his wife Heather (Mount class of 2000), and daughters Grace, Olivia, and Stella Rose, reside in Delhi, Ohio.
